Thanks Lapeer9 for letting me use his Engine!

in order to accommodate heavy Goods work over the Exodus Mountains during the Spartan industrial highpoint, Spartan Federal Railways after seeing their success on the Michigan, Frisco, and Southern Central, contacted the NYC loco works and placed an order for 4 of these Engines, numbered 3590-3593. they proved to be a resounding success, but, when the season quieted down, only Engine 3591 was kept in year-round service, able to do the work of 3 of the SFR Decapods.
